Experience
Karen has been involved in day to day operations for Richard’s many endeavors for over ten years. She has been with RFS Investments, Beyond the Edge’s parent company, since its inception. She is an integral part of the day to day operations assisting Messrs. Schaden and Lee. Karen also serves as bookkeeper for RFS investments, BTE’s parent company, as well as for Escape Dynamics, which is a BTE company.
Prior to working with Richard, RFS Investments and BTE, she had an extensive career as a paralegal with several large law firms in Denver. She has comprehensive background in research, investigation, and organization for all types of litigant and corporate clients.
She is a third generation Coloradoan with her great-grandparents being original ranching settlers in the Central City area during the gold mining era in the 1800’s. She lives in Arvada with her husband and three teenage daughters.
