Experience
Mrs. Schaden Cassinis grew up around aviation. In college she earned her private pilot’s license. After graduating from law school, Mrs. Schaden Cassinis practiced aviation litigation at Schaden, Katzman, Lampert & McClune where she represented plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits involving general and commercial aircraft. She has litigated in courtrooms across the country in both state and federal court, orally argued in front of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and successfully appealed an entry of summary judgment before the Alabama Supreme Court. In connection with her knowledge about aviation litigation, Mrs. Schaden Cassinis has been quoted by Business Insurance Magazine and Law Week Colorado. She has also authored published articles on the Federal Aviation Act and the National Transportation Safety Board’s role in aircraft accident investigations.

At Beyond the Edge, Mrs. Schaden Cassinis assists with general legal matters, regulation compliance, and product safety.

Mrs. Schaden Cassinis is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Florida.
